I hate my mnagager - I do the better things many times

I really do not like to work with poor managers. These are the few reasons why I hate my manager.

• Boredom with day-to-day responsibilities - Manager does not really help on my issues.
• No career possibilities - Only the salaries of the managers are higher.
• Unsure of companies future - Sometimes, it is nice to think of so
• Lack of communication about good (or bad) things - I also want to earn the credits of being worthy enough.
• Manager suches - All I have to do it myself.
