Writing shorter terms and conditions in contracts

How do you think that people will read out boring terms and conditions?

Normally, any terms and conditions we can find in the documents are having two bad things:

  • They are boring and too long to read out
  • They are written in smaller letters and uneasy to read out

Both of these conditions fail to meet the criteria that they should reveal some kinds of boundaries for the service recipient / customer. So, generally, ALL terms and conditions are one way - forced by the service providers only. Customers have only a general idea about what it might be. And, nobody reads it out, and learns, what exactly is written there.

So, practicing to writer very short, easy to understand and large-sized fonts would be much better.

Humor
Terms and conditions -- like essays -- should be short enough to be interesting, and long enough to cover the subject - something like a lady's underwear ;-)
