Nepal Telecom has reduced call tarrifs

Nepal Telecom has decided to drop down the pulse rates in STD calls made through its network. There are not so much competting telecom operations. But this business has reduced per unit cost, with relief.

Nepal Telecom seems to become one of the most profit earning corporation within the country. This cut down in the telecom services would have been more effective, if it was done much eariler. However, it is yet good for customers using their services.

But, it is unlikely that there are a lot of less-frequent users as this telecom distributed uncontrolled number of SIM cards. So, availability of the Network and quality service is yet a big challegence to Nepal Telecom.

There are other service providers too; UTL - United Telecom Limited, and Spice Nepal (branding Mero Mobile network). This force should also be applied to reduce the cost to even lesser.

These telecom operations MUST charge the users for actual air time used in talkin, but not the one lost for quality network and signla strengths.

Unlike Nepal Telecom told in the past that they served low cost network time, but it is NEVER true again.
