English is our primary language while we talk to our customers and clients. Local language is used to talk among the programmers and managers, for effective communication. For making everything clear to the customers, we talk in English. We send approval requests, discussions, questionnaires, emails, newsletters, articles, invoices and other documents in English.

While hiring new staffs, we tend to see for quality of communication power using English as well. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination scores are considered.
