How to increase quality in traveling styles?

We hate poor service provides like Nepal Yatayat, but the traveling route it has captured has no alternatives. It stops for more than 15 minutes in traveling between Putali Sadak and Anamnagar. Until people more than those in proper seats are forcefully sent inside the bus and make them stand up, this vehicle does NOT move away. Rather, it lets another but go ahead of it.

In my average calculations, it eats up more than 20 minutes of time to complete its traveling route. It would be good, if another service bus arrives and takes away the waiting passengers. This would save people's time and health. There are around 25 valid seats only. But the bus takes away at least 50 people at a time. Poor players on peoples lives!

If a new service runner establishes in this route, that's a perfect investment plan to gain public faith.
